• Job advancement and balance between work and family issues.

•Salary may or may not be important to you depending on how well you have been able to prepare for retirement.
Heheheheh - Im at middle stage but still struggling, but I met some people at the early age but already ready for retirement. I also met some people at the late stage but still need to find jobs to support thier living plus huge proportion for healthcare. What about yourself?
